The error code "1 x blue blink" is caused when the wireless connection between the Sensor Unit and the PCU is lost or the Sensor Unit and PCU are not paired together properly. The wireless connection range is 10 - 100m depending on the building structure.
1. The Sensor unit and the PCU are paired together properly.
Renew the wireless connection between the Sensor unit and the PCU. See instructions "Manual Adjustment mode 2 (Manual setup of the wireless connection)" or follow the same steps in the Installation manual.
2. The Sensor unit is ON.
Check that the batteries in Sensor Unit are not depleted and are correctly positioned as marked on the bottom of the battery case.
3. The PCU is ON.
Check that the all circuit breakers or any extra switches that can cut the power from the PCU are on and PCU is powered.
4. The PCU6.3 input cable is correctly connected.
- Note! Only qualified electrician is allowed to open the PCU cover.
- Check the software version from the PCU product label:
- For PCU6.3 software 6.2.18 or less. Check that phase L2 and L3 are connected to PCU input screw terminals.
- For PCU6.3 software 6.2.19 or above: Check that phase L1 and L2 are connected to PCU input screw terminals.
- For PCU6.3 software 6.2.18 or less. Check that phase L2 and L3 are connected to PCU input screw terminals.
- Measure that the voltage is 400V between all connected input terminals.
- Check that the input and output wires are connected into correct terminals.
- Check that all the wires are firmly tighten in the screw terminals by pulling each wire separately. Make sure that there is no power supply to the cooker and the oven by removing their fuses. Also ensure that the cooker is switched off before pull test!
- Check that the PCU internal glass fuse is ok with multimeter.
5. PCU6.1 input cable is correctly connected. (Only qualified electrician is allowed to open the PCU cover)
- Check that phase L1 and N are connected to PCU input screw terminals.
- Measure that the voltage is 240V between input terminals L IN and N IN.
